Postcard Design Development Work

the narrative behind this postcard design maybe not be clear but the idea behind it is having the arrow disguised in the sky almost as it jet off already in the sky on its way to arrive.

Logo Development Screenshots

Here are a few screenshots of the design progress Adobe Illustrator CS4

This is the logo at the vertical angle of 90º which will be used for most stationary items.

Here is the logo at my -54º angle. If you look properly at the negative white space you can see almost a doorway entrance to the arrow (paper aeroplane) this was intented as my whole branding was welcoming my clients taking them on board.

Stationary Development Ideas

As you may know my final logo design chosen was the arrow paper airplane shape logo I therefore had to come up with ideas suitable and innovative for this logo so I started collecting a few photographs.

as my logo is shaped as a paper airplane I came up with the idea making my business cards look more interesting rather than using a usual shaped business card. I would develop a unique boarding pass with my studio details and my design studio logo on the boarding pass. The narrative behind this is to give potentials clients this business card taking them on board of my plane to carry out a design brief.

Here is a few other boarding passes I can replace the current text forms with all my contact details therefore the layout is quite suitable.

As I am trying to a establish a design studio based on eco-friendly ethics and in the mean time build a strong friendly client relationship one of my priorities is to make sure my stationary items are made out of 100% recyclable paper.

Logo Colour Development

I've being trying to experiment with different colour's. At the moment I'm really leaning towards the Navy Blue or Royal Blue colour's the reason to this is because that this colour's set well against the sky blue colour.

Pentagram - What Type Are You?

Apparently typefaces reflect the character people using them and the type choice as well as the words are typed.
What type are you quiz application involved research over seven years with a team of 23 academics across Eastern Europe, ‘What Type Are You’ asks the four key character questions of our day, analyses your responses in exceptional detail and recommends one of 16 typefaces as a result.
The typeface I got is Universal which was designed by the Austrian graphic designer Herbert Bayer. I quite like the typeface structure but not quite sure if it matches my personality so  I'm going to research several different typefaces.
